The Morrison Creek Metropolitan Water and Sanitation District Morrison is the water and sanitation service provider for the Stagecoach Development. Stagecoach is a rural community of aproximately 500 residents located between Oak Creek and Steamboat Springs, in Routt County Colorado. It is a beautiful area surrounded by mountains and highlighted by its proximity to Stagecoach Reservoir. Recreational activitys abound here.

SCHEDULE OF FEES & CHARGES

WATER Service Charges:
Per Single Family Unit:
Base Charge $30.00/qtr
Plus Usage Per Quarter According To The Following Ascending Block Schedule:
Quantity of Water Delivered But Less Than: Cost Per 1000 Gallons:
Which is at Least: (Or Portion Thereof)
.001 gallons 15,000 gallons $2.00
15,001 gallons 30,000 gallons $3.00
30,001 gallons 60,000 gallons $5.00
60,001 gallons 100,000 gallons $7.00
Over 100,000 gallons $15.00

Multifamily Buildings:
The Base Charge will be the Number of SFU’s X $30.00
The Ascending Block Schedule will be multiplied by the number of SFU’s to determine the usage surcharge.
Billing will be to the Association per building.

Landscape Irrigation Accounts:
The quarterly service charge for each tap will be based on usage at the following Ascending Block Schedule:
1 to 10000 gallons Cost Per 1000/gallons $4.32
10,001 to 40,000 gallons Cost Per 1000/gallons $6.48
40,001 to 100,000 gallons Cost Per 1000/gallons $9.20
Over 100,000 gallons Cost Per 1000/gallons $15.00
Homes on single lots with allowed caretaker units/mother in law apartments will be considered
1.5 SFU’s for the purpose of base charge and tap fee payment but will only have a single service line and meter and the single family block use rate will apply.

SEWER Service Charges:
Per Single Family Unit
Service Charge $60.00/quarter

Multifamily Buildings:
The Service Charge will be the number of SFU’s X $60
Homes on Single Lots with allowed Caretaker Units/Mother In Law Apartments will be considered 1.5 SFU’s for the purpose of Service Charge and Tap Fee

Sewer: $4000.00

Set Up Charge = $25.00
Water Rate=$.01/gallon ($5.00 minimum)
Water Turn On/Off Fee: (Customer Request) = $25.00
Water Termination Fee: (Non Payment) = $100.00
Estoppel Fee: = $50.00
Wastewater Plant Dumping Fee: = $.025/gallon
Water Meter Fee: = Cost of Meter/ERT & Setter (currently $250)

VAULT Fees:
Lot Owner Agreement Filing Fee: = $500.00
Vault Impact Fee: $4,000.00

NOTICE OF RATE HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a hearing to discuss changes to the District’s water & sewer service fees, tap fees, dumping fees and billing policies will be held at a special Board of Directors meeting to be held December 11th 2008 at the Stagecoach Fire Station located at 30640 Sagebrush Trail (RCR 16) in Stagecoach beginning at 7:00 P.M.
